Maintenance release to make the following changes and corrections to Version 1.01:

• Fixed importing problem with no error message displayed when binary data has a valid start but no stop record. Also fixed time being off on small interval files.
• Multiple changes and corrections to the Registration system.
  User can choose FTP registration or Manual Registration, and a 'YourReg.txt' file is created which can be sent via email for customers without direct internet access from their machine.
  In addition, all registrations are now processed through the Diamond Traffic Products website.
• To handle problems with Windows 2000 and XP machines, moved the program setup and options to the CURRENT_USER instead of LOCAL_MACHINE registry.
• Updated the Help Screens and made numerous changes and improvements to the on-line help documentation.
• Added a message window that appears listing any problems that occurred during importing data files. This window can be enabled or disabled.
• Fixed a variety of report generator issues (no printer installed, bug causing report printer to crash, wrong page number).
• Fixed some issues with the program not installing correctly.
